First, I want to say thank you to everyone who is supporting us in the campaign to get NBC and The Office to apologize for this awful story line where Dwight kills Angela's cat.
Mommy has been uber busy getting ready for a trade show and a big sale at her jobbie (she does the Marketing) but we have NOT dropped the ball on our quest to get contact info. We too sent an email and got a generic response from NBC. We are following up with a slew of letters to NBC, the Office writers and the 2 characters involved. Letters (or phone calls) are usually read more than emails according to research by the Humane Society of the United States.
Although most of you do not watch the show regularly, we suggest that you watch this episode online at NBC.com so you can reference some of the more awful lines (and some like where Dwight says to Angela after admiting he killed her cat Sprinkles "I know a great taxidermist. I'll pay to have her stuffed. Well he's not great, but he's pretty good." are worse than others.)

Talk about "generic response". I doubt if a human actually even saw my email about that awful program. The following is what I got back, which I'm sure is a computer response. These people don't care about anything but MONEY!

Wow! That was a great note on all those places. We too got a generic email back from our complaint. Basically it was what the Crew got. It was quite disheartening. Maybe once they start getting all the complaints they will address it.
What an awful story!!! How is that even remotely funny to anyone? I'm so glad I don't watch that show!!!

Thanks for all of the wonderful contact information. Maw will write snail mail to these asswipes. She knows from when Davy was killed that snail mail gets a better response. She also needs to watch the episode, because she has never watched The Office, and of course now doesn't ever intend to.

Thank you for doing this! Their should be a petition site where we can all sign on the internet and then the looooong list of protesters could be delivered to NBC. We are not watching NBC anymore. Unfortunately that will not have a lot of effect, as we didn't watch it before either....

He Mr. Hendrix and Mama! Just thought I would let you all know we are contacting all the other news networks since NBC is not answering anything at all. We wrote Fox News and are also writing others - individuals at the news agencies. So anyhow... you have our support even though our site is still mutilated from hate attacks and we have not gotten it back up completely!
