I want to demonstrate today, how a Mancat knows the best place to lay is on top of a piece of clothing his bean will be wearing. This is to assure his furs get all over the clothing, clearly marking his bean.
This is important to do, even if it is obvious what you are doing because there is a whole other part of the antique chest (or as Captain Jack & Dante Barbossa's mommy calls it "antique cat bed") for me to lay on. I only regret this particular sweater was as black as my House Panther furs.

I try to mark all the clothing all at the same time...usually right after it's come out of the dryer.
I always try and "hug" mommy right before she leaves. That way there is a better chance my long furs will stick on her clothes.

Great Job! Yesterday Mom decided to wear some black relaxing clothes during the race. But it wasn't black at the end of the day! She was covered with Gandalf, Grayson, Cosmo Kitty, Tucker, Boo-Boo and Sarah furs all over her relaxing clothes!
I love to lay on the clothing as it comes out of the dryer. It's warm and then it smells (and often looks) like me!
Oh yes, I love to lay on the clothes my Mum will be wearing that day and black is the perfect thing for me to lay on as it shows up my orange furs just purrfectly.
Hendrix, I think you should always try to lay on light coloured clothes, that would give the best effect, considering your furs colour.
See, I like to lie on dark clothing and cover it with white and ginger hairs. What we need in our house is a black mancat like you to share the work and make sure the light clothing also gets covered in hairs that show up...

I always mark mommie's outfits. I wanna make sure she doesn't forget me.
I love sleeping on my mom's clothes, too. She always says no outfit is complete without cat fur.
We do this all the time to mom's clothes. She can't get away without our furs showing because one of us is light, one is dark, and one is in-between.

I am an expert at this... especially when it comes to Nick's work pants!! And it's quite advantageous that your furs and the sweater are both black... it will make it much harder for you bean to get them all off!! Mwah hah hah hah haaaaa!!!!
I like staying on the warm clothes or sweater as well~! That makes me very very well~!
Nice job, Hendrix. Since we don't have furs, we can't leave them all over our humans' clothes, but we do try to leave our oils on all the bedsheets and comforters!
I left wonderful gray furrs on momma's black slacks this morning but she used a sticky roller before she walked out the door. :( I need to go furr her seat in the metal machine. ~Queen Snickers
Every dark colored clothing our bean wears around us ends up with countless hair from our floof ~ he he!
I love to leave my scent and my furs on Mommy's clothing. That way every animal or bean she meets knows that she's mine.

I thinks I has discovered a new term for furring a clothing item, or pillow. Being a FURRMINATOR!!
This week I tried it on my mums velvet cushions.
I think it is great that it was black on black. That way they wouldn't see the hair right away and then when they are out of the house and away from any de-furring devices it would be "Dang it, what's all this doing here" Ha Ha
you has man -cat size beds!! it so koo!! you look very comfy!! you should sleep on the middle so you wont fallz!!
