- Mommy was driving home from work on Nov. 3, 2004, when she saw a little black head on the side of the road. I saw the lady stop, get out of the car, and come over my way. I was curious, and comfy so I just lay there. She looked really worried & said she thought I’d been hurt and that she was going to go home to “get Greg” & I should just wait there. Being a cat I’m naturally inquisitive, so I decided to wait & see what she meant. When she came back she had a nice man with her & when he squatted down & called me, I ran right to his lap. Hey, it seemed like a nice place to be. Mommy scooped me up & took me home to take care of me. They said I was going to be their very own kitty & set about “fattening me up.” I’ve been pampered and spoiled ever since. I'm also named for a guitar god.

It would be fun if you could come visit! Holly and Ivy will be beside themselves. I think Ivy may have a little crush on your naughty alter ego. I caught her trying to look at your blog again last night after mommy was asleep. We have lots of extra toys you can play with, and Temptations!

Mr. Hendrix, we could never ever forget you! Mommy says that she got your Mommy's letter yesterday and will try to write back ASAP! Also, yes three years for Mommy and Daddy on the 16th (we were going to blog about it but then didn't). Daddy got Mommy a new bathroom cabinet sink to replace the pedestal sink that was in Dante's bathroom so Mommy has somewhere to put all of her girly things. She loved it! She says more detail in her next letter!
I hate it when Mommy and Daddy work because I need my skritches!
But who will care for you? If my servants leave me alone too long you better believe they are going to have a mess to clean ...

Your mommy is a hardworking one! I see that you have visited my friend Charlie. As you know she is taking us on a tour of her beloved Berlin. Please join us if you can.
Charlie's owner and SS are study pals and we support them the best we can. All emotional support, of course. Their dissertations are totally esoteric and not of the kitty realm.
Mr. Hendrix we're so glad you came to visit us when mom and dad were away. It was nice to have the company. (They just got back).
