Two Inches
Just two inches. Just two inches of glass and screens between me and fresh meat. Sigh.

I had some fresh meat once - I caughted a bird that somehow got onto our enclosed deck. I didn't like it - I took a big old bite and threw up - then I took it and put it by the front door for my Mum - she was very impressed!
It would be fun to chase them and catch them though - does your Dad have any tools in the mancave that you can use?
