Wordy Wednesday - Doctor's Orders

Mommy got three shots in her back that makes her back feel better.

The doctor's orders are to take it easy and stay on the couch on ice today.

So, Joel is at daycare, daddy is at work and mommy and I are watching Alias season 2 on DVD and napping today. Man that Jennifer Garner kicks serious b*tt. She makes mommy feel like she should be doing push ups and stuff tho.

I love my nursing duties.

Nursing duties can be great when the human has to lie down all day.

Hey first of all from your comment on my blog about the Bengals... our receiving core ain't the problem. We should just trade Chad and get TJ back and that'll solve that. We need to definitely get rid of Shane, and maybe Carson. All in all, if our offense plays at least as good as they played this year come next year, we'll be fine - so long as either we get a new qb and kicker or carson gets over his problem.
As for your bean, take good care of her for us. We know what it's like to have sick beans. Mom tends to shoo us away though when she gets sick because she's always afraid she's going to get us sick. She doesn't seem to realize that an Alpha never, EVER gets sick. She's just a worrywart though. Make some biscuits on your bean's legs and purr her to sleep and she'll be fine in no time.
Take care of yourself and the beans... and chase some bugs around for us, I think the brat (aka my sis) killed the last one here. Pft. She doesn't even eat them... All that work for nothing!

You know that after the ice therapy comes the need for heat therapy...and you're just the cat to do it!

If the couch is on ice, won't it slide all over the room? We don't see how your mommy will be able to relax that way!

You make a very good nurse, Hendrix. Give your mum some headrubs from us. Our mum loves Sydney Bristow too!

I am the best nurse ever. I like to watch HOUSE or GREY'S ANATOMY with mom when she is ill- or just being lazy. However, don't tell anyone i like those shows, grey's is NOT very manly. -ben.

Hi Hendrix!
Sorry to hear about your mommy's back - hope she is feeling better soon.
You look like you are doing a great job looking after her!
That little Joel is growing so quickly - love those recent pics of him in his "Roar" outfit. :)

Did we miss something? We see the word "pain" and we cringe since Jan is still yelling at us to keep away from her. Hope your mom's back is okay. You are undoubtedly a good nurse, Hendrix.

I know you are taking your nursing duties very seriously. Mom really likes the afghan you are laying on, she says it's very pretty. Looks like it can keep you really comfy and warm. Sure hope your Mom feels a whole lot better after the shots. My Dad had those shots for his back but they didn't help him.

Nurse Hendrix, we hope your mom feels better soon. A sore back is no fun, especially with two hefty fellows to life around the house.

Smooches.
