Hi all! Brandi's mommy Carol is having some temporary green paper problems. Her paperwork was filed wrong for her leave from work, and now Brandi is having tummy troubles and Carol can't afford the VET.
The sweet KC, Missy & Gang said that they think we could hold a one time auction to help them.
Mommy is going to go thru her stuff to see what cool things we can donate for an auction. Is anyone interested in helping? We know green papers are tight for everyone...
On a personal note, the d#mn starlings are back. We hate hate hate those birdies. They eat all the seed and bully the other birds. Not to mention they poo all over everything and are LOUD. Any of you kitties that go outside to hunt want to come over and eat???

- Mommy was driving home from work on Nov. 3, 2004, when she saw a little black head on the side of the road. I saw the lady stop, get out of the car, and come over my way. I was curious, and comfy so I just lay there. She looked really worried & said she thought I’d been hurt and that she was going to go home to “get Greg” & I should just wait there. Being a cat I’m naturally inquisitive, so I decided to wait & see what she meant. When she came back she had a nice man with her & when he squatted down & called me, I ran right to his lap. Hey, it seemed like a nice place to be. Mommy scooped me up & took me home to take care of me. They said I was going to be their very own kitty & set about “fattening me up.” I’ve been pampered and spoiled ever since. I'm also named for a guitar god.

I could sent you Arthur, Pookie (she is the best) and even Rosie, they would love to help you with the starlings, but unfortunately you are too far away !
Mom says a good tip to avoid starlings is to get bird seed without sunflower seeds or peanut products in it. Sunflower seeds are favorites of both squirrels and starlings but most other birds don't really like them that much anyway.
Oooh, we would love to pounce on the birds for you!
Hmm.. in an earlier life Georgia could have taken care of the problem. Now she probably can't even find them (though she'd have fun trying!)
We are gonna look through the house to see if we can find somefing to donate to the auction!
