Thinking on Thursday

So lately I've been chillin out under the stinky boy's crib at bedtime. Yes, I've been locked in the nursery three times. It is so nice under that cavelike dust ruffle. It is warm, humid and quiet in there too...and I can make sure that little t*rd stays quiet.

Anyhoo, I've heard that Goodnight Moon story about a bajillion times now and it has occured to me that those kittens should be ashamed of themselves. How could they just hang out playing and then have a good night sleep while that little mouse is on the loose? Seriously.

I mean, I'm uncertain I even like the little sticky boy sometimes but I wouldn't let some little dirty (but delicious) mouse hang out on the windowsill while he slept. I'd totally eat that thing. Oh man, now I'm hungry.

I think my mommy has completely lost it. All of a sudden she noticed that my blogrolling links are gone. So, she checked it out, and apparently it has been gone since November 2010 when blogrolling.com stopped working.

See what I have to put up with?

So, we'll have to take some time in the next few weeks and rebuild it. I hope we didn't hurt anyone's feelings by not having it up!

OK, we've had a rough month here on the blogosphere and I thought "what can I do to help my friends get the love and attention they deserve?"

I am going to give you some great advice. Go to your bean's wallet, get out their plastic card thingy and order "The Hunger Games" series by Suzanne Collins. Get all three books. Why all three at once? Because they are so good your bean will want to read them back to back.

You might still be asking yourself "Why is this such great advice???" Because of this!



Because your bean will be glued to the sofa and/or the bed and you'll get all the benefits! Imagine how long you'll be riding the sofa train with three books back to back!

My mommy started reading the third book in the series "Mockingjay" on Thursday at 8:45PM and finished it on Friday at 9:00PM. I spent my time right next to her!

I'm feeling lots better. Purring and playing like my old self. Now we just have to make sure it stays this way and I don't start going downhill again. Cross your paws it was just a fluke brought on by to much stress! Thanks for all your nice thoughts. purrrrrrs

Still working on ideas for a "McNickname". Mommy says, McSquishyface but NO WAY! I like Max's idea of "Mr. H" cause it sounds important and mysterious. Like I should be the voice on the phone / computer that orders spies around. Maybe I've been watching to much Alias on DVD?

I'm thinking I can't wait for the weekend so I get more attention and scritches (and treats!)

I'm thinking that although Daisy got scr#wed (Bendrix's word) she is always going to be #1 in our book!! I know you all feel the same. I am pleased to say that my friend Simba King was also nominated for the award and got some votes.

I'm also thinking how much you'd have to hate someone you once loved so much to pull this sh*t. I mean, how sad and pathetic. "Husband Wants Kidney Back in Divorce"

I'm thinking "what the heck"? When mommy gets up at like 12:30AM cause she didn't have a snack and she is hungry, and I'm sitting in the window looking outside and she comes over and says "Anything exciting going on out there" and I say "No, not now," why when I come up on the bed at 3:00AM to tell her something exciting is happening does she get all cranky and say "it's time for sleeping now, lay down."

I mean, why would she care at 12:30AM but not 3:30AM? What the heck? It was so good I took off like my tail was on fire and ran to the window. She didn't follow. Sorry I can't tell you all what it was, I don't want her to find out since she blew me off.

I think next time I'll just let her sleep since she has no appreciation for my efforts.

I'm thinking that it is so cool to have such talented friends on the blogosphere, especially when my mommy is to lazy (she calls it "working") to post new pictures of me!! Jeez.

Thank goodness for talented friends like Diamond Emerald Eyes who turn us all into great art.

Make sure you see me guest appearance at Diamond's today! Bendrix has been strutting all day cause we were selected. We're ready for some football!

Hey we may have only won one game, and we may have only tied last Sunday, but all one can ask of Vegas is to break even, so that is all we're asking the Bengals. Will anyone be watching with us tonight??? sigh.

We are purring and praying for all our friends who need it and their beans. We are lucky to be a part of this group that really helps and supports each other. purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrssssssss


BTW, my mommy said that The Eagles concert was AWESOME. She was hoarse on Wednesday from screaming and singing. They are certainly worth going to see. They played for over three hours.

Yes kitties, that means not only were the beans gone for a long time, I also had to wait until late to get my treats and got NO play time before bed. Humpf

I was just hanging out waiting for daddy to come home tomorrow, watching the birds in the snow, listening to mommy typing work on her laptop when it occurred to me.
